"Great work/life flexibility, excellent diverse workforce. Beware that it's a super large company so takes time to learn how to navigate and can sometimes feel slow-moving. Overall very good leadership at the very top of the company. "

"A good manager is the key to having a good experience. Unfortunately with the number of reorgs happening, your manager can change multiple times in a short time frame. I have been with Dell for over 10 years and for the first time, I would no longer recommend Dell as a good place to work."

"Dell purports to be flexible, but I find that with the acquisition of EMC, Dell's culture is becoming more like EMC. EMC was a notorious boys club and unfortunately that dynamic is becoming the norm."
