"It’s great. There’s a ton of support for working mothers including 12 weeks paid parental leave (on top of short term disability) and now leave to
care for family illness. However the culture is behind the times. You may not get many special opportunities or license to fail. You will need to prove yourself before coming in, work twice as hard, and vigorously demonstrate your success at every step.
There is no open bias against women but it is a place where a statement like, “I don’t see gender” is not considered an obvious gaffe. It may be exactly what you are looking for and a great place to build your resume. You will probably not skyrocket to the top here or find yourself on any kind of “fast track”."

"Corporate policies are very flexible but subject to manager approval. Your real experience of flexibility has to do with your leadership org. In many cases, men appeared more justified in requesting access to that flexibility than did women with similar requests."

"Me and my team working experience in Dell is very bad. The work assigned to me was very good & i enjoyed it. But the Management is too rude, rigid & do not respect their employees.
Work life balance was hampered & i used to work for more than 12 hours. Almost lost my good health & finally had to leave the job for my good."

"I rate 1 in 10 where one is the lowest. He screams on his employees & expect them to work for 16 hours a day. He does not care and respect his employees. When the same is questioned back to him, he take his anger out make them feel low in front on people. "

"The work-life balance is really good and there is a lot of scope at least I can vouch for IT jobs and even HR. The pay is good and the company culture is very positive. Leaders are very accessible in terms of communicating with them too. "
