"The Culture Code is incredible. Work life balance in incredible. They are extremely dedicated to treating each employee as an individual that has their own personal needs/desires. For working moms, it's an incredible company. Plenty of remote working opportunities. I work from home so I log on after getting the kids to school, take a break to pick them up. Easy as pie. There are plenty of times my two year old has been watching Youtube in the background while I'm in an internal meeting. Everyone is completely understanding and supportive. Paid maternity leave has been increased to 12 weeks. They even now offer a breast milk shipping service if you have to go on a business trip while nursing. They'll come pick up your breast milk and safely deliver it to your baby. This plus great benefits, incredible people and a company that cares - what more could you ask for?"

"I was hired into a good position at age 68! I have found zero ageism here. I'm straight, but to hear Michael Dell say that Dell was going to celebrate Pride Month worldwide made me feel very comfortable with Dell's support of diversity. There are huge opportunities for education and advancement, and a lot of people don't bother to take them, even though they're encouraged. I consider this place my smorgasbord of opportunities--even at my age."

"My manager is personally very supportive, but she's super busy and sometimes it's hard to get to spend quality time with her. Luckily I also have a team lead who is very accessible."

"Flexible performance based culture. Global environment with a good deal of team member empowerment. Great diversity awareness program called MARC (Many advocating real change) to all leaders currently which really helps to educate leaders on how to be inclusive and value diversity."

"As a former K-12 CTO I feel my 20 years in education was highly celebrated at Dell. My new team and customers are as excited to have me here at Dell as I am to work alongside and serve them. The on the job training has been excellent and filled many technological gaps I had as a busy CTO. This was a great professional decision. I either hope to take my new knowledge back to K-12 or higher education or climb the ranks of Dell which I feel very much supported to do so. An extra bonus is the flexibility of working from home and currently not having to evaluate or discipline staff. "
