"This company pays below market because they believe they can retain people because of the work/life flexibility, and that’s true. So come here for flexibility, not because you’re going to get the highest offer."

"Dell is a great company to work with however you need to put more time once you reach up the corporate ladder... goals are set high and you'll have to put a lot of time and stay back to stay on top."
