"So far, working at Dell has provided me with many opportunities to learn and grow within the organization. Additionally, the company culture promotes work/life balance.
The one drawback, is a notable one; compensation. I live in the 2nd most expensive city in the US and am not compensated according to cost of living. Additionally, opportunities for a raises are few and far between. "
