"Dell seems to do an excellent job in terms of initial hiring when it comes to being inclusive of women. But one thing I've noticed is that the leadership ranks continue to be dominated by white men. I'm still figuring out how to navigate this. Despite lots of internal HR efforts and external PR efforts that promote Dell as woman-friendly, we still have plenty of room for improvement. "

"Very flexible. Even for an onsite worker, you can leave to pick up a child or attend a doctor's appointment without anyone taking much notice. It's more about getting your work done and staying accountable. I've heard that this can vary somewhat based on your manager. It's a big company with lots of sub-cultures. "
