"Unclear expectations and poor communication were the norm. You will be blamed for managements lack of experience or their unclear expectations. You will be asked to complete additional work before going on FMLA for burnout. There is very little acceptance for any neuroatypicality. They will overallocate you with work and call you insubordinate if you ever question this."

"As a social worker in the Care Management Dept, there is absolutely NO flexibility or work/life balance. The workplace culture within that dept is very toxic. "Leadership" will leak personal info to other employees within the department. Compensation was also horrible. It is an environment in which everyone is out for themselves and is very poorly managed.
