"The foundation of this company is integrity in all that we do and if that matters to you, you want to work here. I have a sense of pride in what I'm doing because it's not just about sports for the sake of sport, but the life lessons and application of morals, values, and beliefs that stem for sport participation and how that can change lives. Is it a flawless place to work? Of course not, it has its challenges like any other business does, but the way the challenges are managed here is refreshing and speaks to the fact that when they say integrity matters, they prove it through action. It's by far the best place I've ever worked. "

"While I, personally, feel like I have a lot of flexibility with my manager and within my team, I know that this does not fully extend throughout the entire company and would like to see that change. Otherwise, I think there have been great strides in creating flexibility for teammates and I am personally happy with work-life balance here."

"My manager is phenomenal. Experienced, supportive, doesn't micromanage, and trusts us to be professionals. Honestly the best manager I've ever had is my current manager now."

"This is a great place to work if you are competitive and love an ever changing landscape. It is not about internal competition, but being innovative and forward thinking to be competitive with our retail competitors! I have worked for Dick's Sporting Goods for over a decade and a half and it is a company that is forward looking, fiscally responsible, and willing to evolve so that we can be a leader in our industry!"
