"I love working here! I have never worked somewhere in which I feel more myself! I love sports, I love working out, I love what youth sports did for me and do for others. Because of DICK'S Sporting Goods I get to work for a company that stands for all of that and allows me to be me! When people think about sports they often think of men first but you would never know that here. I have never felt like being a women has held me back here. This company promotes equality, great work/life balance, great culture and environment, career advancement. "

"Being in the sports retail industry, I think there's a misconception that it's a male dominated business. It's quite balanced. More importantly, I have never felt my gender has held me back from getting stretch projects, a promotion, etc."

"Benefits have been greatly approved since the time I have been here. Maternity leave has lengthened, and now after you have a baby you get an additional week of paid vacation to add on after you return. If your child is sick, you have flexibility to work from home. They value your life as a parent and realize working is just a part of it, not your whole life. There will also be an onsite day care that will open in Fall of 2020. Lots of strides. "
