"Just don't if you want to afford to live. It's great experience and I'm grateful for my time here, as it was my first real job, but I wish I had gotten out sooner so I wouldn't feel stuck"

"It depends on your position. The higher up in management you are, the less free/personal time you have due to endless tasks being thrown your way. You have to be willing to dedicate 100% of your time to the company if you wanna ALMOST be successful. However, other positions have a bit more flexibility."

"A career with DigiStream is exactly what you put into it. If you are a motivated, hard-working person, you will not go unnoticed. Everyone starts entry-level at Digi and works their way forward.
Being a Surveillance Investigator isn't for everyone, but female investigators often have advantages in the field that others do not. It's easier for women to blend in and avoid suspicion. It can be a very rewarding career for the right person!
I started as a Workflow Assistant and worked my way into the Office Manager position. I never thought I would become a "boss" at any company, let alone in the world of Private Investigations. I've never had any issues with management, even at the highest level. I've always felt heard, seen, and appreciated at DigiStream. "

"Surveillance Investigators have a consistent weekly schedule, with two consecutive days off. Due to the nature of the position, the start time and end time of each case varies.
We are often able to work with Investigators and office staff should scheduling need to be changed. It's just a matter or discussing with your supervisor in advance so you can be accommodated. "

"Be very careful working here, I was harassed by various men who had higher positions. When I reported that a male coworker asked me out three times in a week, the male management specifically told me not to tell the female HR director. Managers and male coworkers called me "sensitive" and called me "girl" instead of using my first name. I also got insulting questions like "what day of the week do women usually get their hair cut?" It is a very male-oriented environment and it's very difficult to be viewed as more than simply a person with a specific gender. I was always viewed as just a woman. As I was leaving the company, my then-manager recognized that I was unhappy with my lack of professional growth at the company and suggested that he set me up with one of his male friends to get me to be happy.
