"The unlimited vacation policy inadvertently discriminates against new mothers. While mothers are required to go on maternity leave at 80% pay, father's can take vacation at full pay rather than go on paternity leave. A woman's end of the year bonus is calculated based on 80% of her pay if went on maternity while a father who take vacation as paternity will still have his bonus calculated at 100% of his pay. "
