"This company goes through a lot of changes in staffing. While I was there we had at least 4 waves of lay offs in 3 years, and 3 CEOs in the first 2 years. There is a lot of infighting and nepotism. 2/3 CEOs had their children, friends, and other family working there. Including myself there were 4 women across the engineering teams."
