"I used the company sabbatical as part of my maternity leave to reduce the amount of unpaid time off.
Total of 12 weeks taken. 6 paid, 4 as sabbatical and 2 as paid time off. The company offers a 20 business day sabbatical after 7 years of consecutive full time service. "
