"Great for the resume but go in eyes wide open to the issues I noted. It's been a while since I've been subjected to this much he-splaining, man-splaining, etc., and I've been in technology for over 20 years."

"Birth parents get up to 12 weeks paid through short-term disability, 8-12 weeks through state paid family leave (depending on your location). You can also use up all your sick & PTO time (2 weeks) if you want.
Non-birth parents and Adoptive parents can take 8-12 weeks through state paid family leave."
