Don't compromise yourself to work here. If you can deal with a culture that truly discriminates and you have a very thick skin, and you can deal with never promoting to the C-Suite, you can do this. I cannot deal with those things.

February 2018

The C-Level positions are all held by males, however females dominate throughout all high-level management roles. In general, the executives seem to be respectful and inclusive to both genders, and strive to perfect processes and procedures in any areas which are found to be unsuccessful or inefficient.

No flexibility if you want to advance. It is grocery. You are viewed poorly for taking any kind of time off for any reason. This includes being ill. We all come to work sick even though we work with food and customers all day.
