"It's fun, hard work. Only downside is at my franchise we are short on managers and everyone is expected to work yourself to death. Put yourself and home life after the company needs."

"This job seems to be equal in management which is very rare. Everyone communicates very well here and everyone is included in all events which is fantastic."
