"If you are the type of person who enjoys being treated as a second class citizen in a male dominated world then this is the place for you. If you miss the "good ole days" of the 1950's where women "knew their place" and how to keep the men in their lives happy, please apply as soon as possible for this company. Women are relegated to clerical positions only. The Human Resources department is 100% behind the employer and to hell with the employees. The HR director is social friends with all of the top levels of managers up to and including the CEO. Attempting to discuss any type of concern you may have with the HR department is futile. Filing a concern or rather attempting to discuss a concern will only backfire on you and results in a microscope being placed upon you, your work and last but certainly of great concern to the HR manager, your personal life is thoroughly examined (whether or not it affects your job or ethics or conflict of interest or lack thereof) will only result in every situation that concerns you ultimately determined to be your own fault for not knowing your place within the organization.."
