If you work in the kitchen, or go in the kitchen, you may very well receive many creepy unwarranted comments about your body from the director of dinning. You can go to HR, but they have been getting the same complaints for many years and choose to ignore any and all issues relating to directors. Don't expect to receive much respect here from management, they will talk to you with such unprofessional ism, and in front of other coworkers because they know they can get away with it.

    They will be very flexible for some people giving them all the time off that they want with no repercussions, while not even giving some flexibility to find child care.

Very sexist environment. Owner flat out says that women’s opinions don’t matter. Talking about strippers. Cocaine in Colombian women’s bodies. Talking about how hot porn stars are. Talking about needing a hot front office girl (doesn’t matter if she’s good at her job, she just needs to be hot).

    TRAIN management to be leaders. Most are great salespeople but have no management capacity or training . Very faulty communication regarding decisions from the top down. Business decisions affecting employees are not communicated clearly, and with disregard to the emoloyee's opinion or future within the company. Organizational change is mismanaged.

Paid maternity leave + option to take unpaid leave. Very few women at the highest level of the organization. There are many women at the middle management level. Many people in the organization have been here for decades which is a double edged sword. Its a great company, growing, aggressive, great benefits. Only about 300 people in corporate minimizes the opportunity to go 'up' the ladder. Lots of opportunity to go 'across' and learn many different skills in many different areas of the company.
