"Company rebranded is now know as dotdigital engagement cloud. As a tech company it doesn't disappoints with the unequal treatment towards women and minorities. I have so many example where Men specially of British decent will get a head of the game without performing or even having to interview for higher opportunities. Its just a very unfair place to work for woman and minorities. Males will get the most exposure to opportunities and networking events, then caucasian women will be second and everyone else is just left behind. From my experience with the company we had 5 African Americans working there and they lasted less than 1 year. 4 out of 5 were let go :( Didn't culturally "fit"but BS excuses where given to let them go. Another issue is Equal pay, its practically none existent, obviously Male and caucasian women will get pay more than anyone else for the same or less amount of work (I have proof)...Overall, Its a very toxic environment where management is poorly trained and very disengaged. HR is in the UK and has no power to discipline bad behavior or create a fair environment (which is insane!). The company used to be notorious for their sex, drugs (cocaine) and parting culture and has tried to fix it in the past few months but has failed miserably as they take wayyyy too long to take actions and implement proactive initiatives. To be honest, I will not be surprise if someone end up suing the company and they end up out of business. If possible stay away from this tech company!"
