"There is a bro culture at Doximity that is pervasive and really comes out at the offsites - lots of drinking and inappropriate behavior. Some teams are better than others, but even the women in leadership are terrible to other women. "

"There is work from home Wednesday, and no other flexibility to work from home when ill or otherwise. Only 2 sick days per year!!! "
