"This company has great potential but has horrific management hiring skills. Almost every person in a place of leadership is not people driven therefore they do not fight for their employees, they do not fight for a culture shift - they only care of numbers and them looking good to the next person above them. Benefits are lack luster compared to the changes going on in the world and as a feel you are often tasked with secretarial duties in meetings even when you are at or above the men in the room. As a manufacturing company, it still has an old boys club mentality that hasn't shifted yet. "
