"Within my sector at DXC there were no pay raises on a consistent basis, it seemed like the company flipped flopped from one year to the next which level of associates and which working locations were eligible. There were no benefits paid after going home to work full time remote to help offset any additional expenses that may have incurred. Also, our departments did not follow the holiday schedule and were mandated by the work to have availability to work hours on holidays, when the main initiative was always layoffs. It was sad to have to work harder and much longer hours, for effectively less money because the company was trying to save money here and there but spending on marketing and sponsorships to F1 and Manchester United. I would not recommend DXC to anyone"

"No job Security or pay increases. Promotions are are rarely given unless you are willing to work 60 -80 hours per week"

"Get what you want out of the company - be comfortable with change. It is a bit painful at the moment so be confident in yourself & be prepared to work really hard to drive successful. Focusing on what is right for the customer will be seen as sensible and should be supported. "

"Being such a huge organisation there are discrepancies between employment contracts - these figures cannot be taken as a 'one size fits all'. At a minimum there is statutory maternity pay. "

"Very Flexible but it appears once you're in you don't receive any further payrises and employees doing the same job could be on as much as >20K more"

"The internal metrics show only 22% of the entire staff ( >100k employees) is female. The only female reporting to the CEO was named in his divorce proceedings."

"Overlooked for pay increases and job code changes/promotions. May be several years in between increases. Most of this is due to the continuous split in companies. "
