"It's run by old, white, male partners who are self-deluded. Examples: there is not enough transparency when recruiting about the type of work (e.g., it's not as analytical and it's for 2-3 large, unethical companies). Also, the project staffing process is unfair, since it does not allow women to practice skills that get them promoted (e.g., you get stuck with the demanding, coding project again)."
