Management here has aspirations of being flexible for families, but being in a service industry the differences in work life balance vary from team to team and client to client.

November 2015

Women are encouraged to develop personally and professionally within the firm. There is room for growth, opportunities to step back if necessary, an emphasis on having a personal/family life, and in enjoying where you work. It's the best legal position I've seen for young female attorneys and working mothers.
