November 2017

Very old fashion , conservative, archaic dress code, states it is a women focused company but the maternity leave is one of the shortest I've seen and very inflexible working hours

Diversity is not a priority for Asurion. Women in key leadership positions have been dimished over the past 12-18 months. Product and Technology are not organizations which favor hiring or promoting women.

October 2016

Expect to see many men hired off the street for positions women have applied for. Worked at my location for 2 and a half years with excellent reviews and customer compliments but have been passed up for 4 promotions. Every time a man was given the position over a woman.

March 2015

I worked there from August till the 13 of this month (march) A man I worked with continuosly flirted with me and all the other women, I ingnored it but was blamed for his overly flirtyness and I was let go. Not a good place to work if one of the other workers is a man
