"I feel as though the office is to biased. Even though it is a female dominated office-it was all about cliques. You were either in or out of the clique. I'd you were in-you received support and understanding. If you were out- everything about you will be picked apart in a manner which deviates from policy. Leaders that are in a position to assist will offer none."
