"No paid maternity leave- must use all Paid time off - and then can take additional time- up to 3 months- unpaid.
Women rule at STEPS as it's primarily run by women, that said -there are definitely upper management short comings that affect the daily work of the front line staff. At times support was very strong and at other times it was totally missing."
