"In general? Do it. On company-wide level you will be supported and affirmed. However, do take the time to look closely at the team you're going to be in, what your management structure looks like, and if there have been large amounts of people leaving lately. If so, ask why and think twice. Similarly, if you're looking at a role in Finance/IT, I'd avoid."

"He's generally pleasant to work with, and leaves me alone - which is good! But, I often wish I got more feedback during one-on-one's than "I have nothing - you're doing great!" Sometimes I wonder if he's honestly scared of me..."
