"Beware who you trust here. They talk a good game, but like a lot of places, it's mostly lipservice. This is a place that put a man as the leadership liaison for the woman's ERG, if that tells you anything. If you're going to be successful here, make sure you have multiple male sponsors who will always have your back. "

"In general? Do it. On company-wide level you will be supported and affirmed. However, do take the time to look closely at the team you're going to be in, what your management structure looks like, and if there have been large amounts of people leaving lately. If so, ask why and think twice. Similarly, if you're looking at a role in Finance/IT, I'd avoid."

"He's generally pleasant to work with, and leaves me alone - which is good! But, I often wish I got more feedback during one-on-one's than "I have nothing - you're doing great!" Sometimes I wonder if he's honestly scared of me..."
