"As a woman of color and a mother, it is truly one of the best organizations that I have worked for ever. The source code is always followed and leadership is extremely mindful. Truthfully, the culture , the people, the leadership make Elastic the company that it is..you might get paid more somewhere else, but you will not experience such great work life balance anywhere else. "

"It is still very male centric (my entire management chain is men, there is only one female manager in the entire business unit, I am the only woman on my team), but things are measurably improving and I rarely feel treated differently than the men on my team. Overall there is much more acceptance and a culture of people trying to do better than at other places I've worked."

"Elastic genuinely cares about the well being of all of us. Like legit cares. I've never worked for a company that not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. From flexible work hours, to generous parental leave (for all) to a CEO that promotes and openly discusses diversity and inclusion on a regular basis. I still have to pinch myself sometimes because it doesn't feel real. :)"

"I joined Elastic in a Sales Development role based in London and have since been promoted to a commercial account executive role. I have been lucky with the Sales leadership in EMEA. I have also benefited greatly from slack channels like women-of-elastic as well as more specific communities for black women in the company.I also value the extremely flexible working hours in the company, with a program called Shut it down days implemented to provide every other Friday off for the whole company during COVID times. We also have generous COVID time off on top of this where you can take time off to care of children, manage school from home and other COVID related duties. "
