Senior management disorganized and assuming; inefficient communication though should be getting better with new senior management. Expected to work long hours, noticeable if you leave at 5 every day. Great office perks/food, good pay, great bonuses.

Middle and upper management are 90% men. One woman has the HR Directir position. A young woman with tenure, a MBA and dedication to the company applied for the next level management position and a young man inexperienced in our industry with less tenure got it. She is working in management at another company now.
