October 2017

It's a women owned business and the president is a mom of young children herself. Since it is a small company, you can also approach her yourself if you feel not understood by your supervisor (which hasn't happened for me but it is great to know I have the option).

As far as benefits go, this large company is awesome however, men do not want to be bothered with a woman's feelings or thoughts in the department.

I believe the company as a whole, Time warner/turner/CNN do a great job with benefits/PTO etc but when it comes to work place issues and matters of HR things are swept under the rug to save face of higher male management.

Departments like to keep things swept under the rug so they don't go to hirer levels of management. Men and women are not treated the same in departments.

It's a great place to work for women because they care ad value balance. They've made excellent strides in providing information, access and support for breastfeeding mothers. They also have an amazing Leave of Absence policy for new parents.

its okay in the call centre, anything in the professional services is backwards. HR is run by women, who are often referred to as incompetent.
