Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)

The company is great for hiring women but make sure you're able to grow and learn. The company hasn't been doing well in revenue but it is a bit easier to move within brands. People from other departments may throw people under the bus, so it's not always amazing...Just be careful and always have everything on paper

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. It depends on the department you work for and most importantly who your boss is. Choose wisely. All in all, it is a great company to work at with opportunity to move within different brands. The company is behind in digital strategy and hasn't been doing well for years.

Make sure you like your boss, stay away from working in ecommerce here, think about if skincare and makeup are actually good products before working here. P

Lots of women working here, but leadership is male dominated. Very competitive culture that is not family friendly.

The people are passionate and work hard. The compensation is good but benefits could be improved.
