Be careful going to Nest. The highest level female in the company is only there for her personal brand, will sabotage your performance and career path if you are too successful and only keeps people around her that are work horses that will hide in the shadows. She will also make you work late nights and weekends with no regard for your personal life or family.

I have not seen a clear difference between the way women and men are treated here. There are female executives, directors, managers, etc. The one area that could be vastly improved is maternity leave - women have to use vacation and sick time to have any paid leave at all, although in my experience it is a policy that had to be enforced while I was supported tremendously by the team around me.

I worked here for 2 years. My boss's boss said "everyone knows women can't manage" in response to news that a woman at a partner network got demoted. It's a bad place to work for women or men, but in particular not friendly to women.
