"Its not bad compared to other companies and does have (now since 12 months ago) flexible working polices that are good for when a family member contracts cancer (so much appreciated) but I think its still male centric in who it employs and who gets the high pay packet"

"The STRIDE initiative is a real asset and I think the company has a good CSR policy. They are also committed to training and developing staff which is excellent. You need to be confident in what you want and push for that, there is a sense that flexible policies are more in name than in practice. Women are in leadership positions and this is encouraging."
