"Although drive, performance and skills are recognized and rewarded, promotions are not consistently given to those who are the most deserving. Work is often done by those at lower pay grades and the credit and rewards are given to those at higher levels of leadership. Documentation of all work, conversations and interations are often imperative in order to safeguard ones position. "
