"Old school industry with a lot of old school mindsets. The vast majority of leadership positions are held by men. Leadership ranks are also severely lacking racial and ethnic diversity. "

"There is very little recognition at the executive level that gender diversity is not where it needs to be, especially in leadership. Women often need to be smarter than everyone to be taken seriously. While there is some level of flexibility around when you work, seat time is still really critical and WFH at any time is scrutinized and viewed suspiciously. "

"You get 12 weeks for a vaginal birth and 18 weeks for a c-section. This policy makes no sense but HR refuses to change it since it is more generous than our peer companies... many of whom are now going bankrupt, being acquired, or otherwise not great benchmarks for maternity leave policies. "

"Maternity leave is ok. Working remotely is not encouraged and part-time schedules have been eliminated since the downturn. Great women's network, but not much in the way of tangible programs to advance women in management."

Did you take Maternity leave?
"No"
"Maternity leave is 12 weeks paid if you have a c-section, 6 weeks for a vaginal birth. It's a stupid policy, but I was told by HR that most of our direct competitors only offer 6 weeks regardless of birth type, so the policy won't be changing any time soon."

"The maternity leave policy is bizarre. Women can and have been promoted, but it's still a bit of a boys club. "

"Maternity leave is 6 weeks paid for a natural birth, 12 weeks paid for a c-section. Vacation must then be used up before taking unpaid leave up to a year. "
