"Highest leader is only looking out for himself and doesn't really care about the culture of the organization. Once told me 'don't give power to the sqeeky-wheel employees'. "

"Reported up to a female manager that was located out of state, but dotted line to a male GM. My manager shared confidential information with the GM who shared with his other male managers who then used microagressions toward me based on the information. "

"Corporate management is nearly all men. I feel that they want to change, but so much of the business lifestyle is based around social interactions, it will be challenging to advance as a woman."
