"They are inclusive, especially in the Head office.
Your are completely supported on Maternity/paternity leave.
There are many women in senior leadership roles acting as role models.
There are many groups for women to join and network as well as a magazine celebrating achievements of women in the business "

"If you like earning meager wages after working overtime, this is a great environment. Secondly, driving customers to and from their destinations can place staff in danger, and there are no guards in the branches. That leaves staff susceptible to the perils of an overzealous customer. "

"It depends. Managers are graded on their ability to get staff promoted. But there is manager in almost everyone's title that the term becomes useless when so many isn't capable of managing basic life. "

"Every location is different. Can sometimes be male dominated or female dominated. Unfortunately my location did not offer any sort of specified breastfeeding area which caused some awkwardness."
