"Great flexibility to work around your kids schedules but I often end up working after their bedtimes so make up the work. Also, the pay is not great for non-client serving roles and bonuses are non-existent."

"Its a bit of a boys club but there are ample female mentors who go out of their way to help other females. Overall not a bad place to build a career."
