"The culture at Weir ESCO is fantastic, having worked for many global corporations, I can honestly say I have never felt so valued and supported. I do find myself at a male dominated industry but my colleagues always treat me with the utmost respect and are willing to listen to my ideas. I have been very fortunate to have many great male and female allies that have often believed in me more than I have believed in myself, and have been given multiple opportunities to develop and succeed."
