"There are some women in leadership but not nearly enough. It’s still a boys club, run by mostly white men. The benefits are quite good overall (flex schedule, paid volunteer days, unlimited sick days, ample vacation, great office space, social environment, nice lactation rooms) but the family leave is not good. "There is a work from home policy, as well as flex hours, however it really depends on your manager how much true flexibility you get and what your work/life balance looks like. It also depends on what team you’re on. It does feel sometimes that the company is backing away from remote work rather than increasing the opportunities, which makes them behind the times. "
