"While their maternity leave is better than most, be prepared to receive abusive and probing emails from HR for the duration of your leave. They tend not to promote women to leadership positions and the level of micromanaging is infantilizing.
They claim that diversity and inclusion are important values, but leadership is extremely biased and they will hire people who are incompetent provided they are willing to tow the line at all times. There is no respect for skill, and you won't be compensated anywhere near market averages.
Be prepared for a lot of frat boy energy and all the sports lingo you can handle. Let your gender non-conforming male friends know that they will also find inclusion a challenge."

"Everfi offers 4 months paid leave for new moms. However, moms aren’t fully supported when coming back to the workplace. I have known 2 moms who were fired for not meeting goals after coming back to work, even though they weren’t properly trained before they left for leave nor when they returned. "

"It's a bad sign that the company has so many women overall 50%+ but the executive team only has 4 women (less than 30%)"
