Do not expect to get promoted, regardless of education , skill and dedication. Company does not have many women in leadership, and there are some good, intelligent, educated , women with prior leadership , such as military that are not promoted , when males with little to no experiance, not veterans, not educated are promoted frequently.Pay scale for women holding same role is less than male counterpart. Boys club in the IT department, supressed women in the nursing and cds departments.

    Unless you are in leadership , even lower leadership roles, your time is dictated by work force management. VERY INFLEXIBLE. uncaring. will hold pto over your head if you need to take it for sick child.
