"Zero paid maternity benefits. In fact it's almost like I'm being penalized for having a child because my bonus payout for the prior year falls during my maternity leave and they will hold it hostage until I return to work full time. I find this shameful and it says more to me about how they value women and work/family life balance than any dribble they want to pass off in their newsletter about workplace culture. Work from home policy for salaried employees is great but the flexibility it offers probably depends on your assignments and your manager. "

"The entire experience of working for this company has been jarring. I was interviewed and signed for one position and then was given a position with completely different job duties. A job that incidentally should be paid $4 more per hour, management is constantly changing and often does not have the skills needed to lead the teams assigned as they have never done the job in question. Focus has been placed on numbers over good customer service and patient advocacy."

"If you feel entitled, this is not the place to work. If you really want to help people, work here. Advancement is not based on seniority, but on output. You can advance yourself if you try."

"Overall it's a great company to work for. In certain areas there is a lack of women in leadership. But in other areas it's pretty good. Still working out the bumps from the merger, but overall on the right track."

"I've been at the company for 7 years, and while several mid management roles are filled by women, but most upper management roles belong to men. Any advancement opportunities are difficult to come by and not entirely merit based."
