"Don't. Almost all of your work will be done with offshored coworkers. You have to be in office to work half the time to "collaborate" over Teams. Come here for the Maternity Leave. That's the only benefit."

"Important to understand that there are still more men than women working in this field (especially in Sthlm) and that numbers of employees based on the genders may not be equal. However, FactSet does a great on gender equality, and the genders are treated the same way. "
