"FactSet's culture and executive leadership has made it clear they are here to create an inclusive culture. While I don't think FactSet is perfect, it is one of the places that I would say any person who works hard and gets things done, receives recognition. To me, this type of culture is almost impossible to create if it doesn't already exist. It is motivating, encouraging and most of all I feel that I am heard."

"FactSet has a great working environment that supports women throughout their careers. FactSet champions diversity in all it's forms, has flexible working arrangements to give a greater life/work balance, and has amazing people who work there. "
