"FactSet has strong benefits for women, parental leave for primary caregiving is 16 weeks, secondary 4 weeks. Everyone takes leave and it is encouraged to do so. Upon coming back you can join a Families BRG to talk with other people about how to manage work and a family.
There are women in all areas of leadership and they additionally take the time to be mentors if you seek them out.
Flexibility: as long as your work is done and done well, I have found managers understand that sometimes you might have a sick kid, or have to do school pick up. They are willing to work with you to make sure you can balance both aspects of life."
