"Great flexibility and internal support of work-life balance. The only downside was paid maternity leave is very minimal, for those of my colleagues who had children while I was there. However, great women in leadership and overall I was given the flexibility to do whatever I needed to do to make my job and life work together. So, I think that has outweighed the negatives for many people."

"zero leadership training here. Always hiring from outside of the school without any prep. Dean and assist dean left in frustration. Lost one prof per year, on average."
