There are TWO campuses of Fairleigh Dickinson University and my experience is Florham campus specific, but the Campus Executive has said some very misogynistic things. These comments and instances were shared with HR, who did nothing, and yet he was still promoted. Each department is unique and my supervisors were tremendous, but it is hard to work somewhere where the people at the top truly do not care tp understand and os learn about student experience as well as the employee experience.
