"They will hire a diverse group of people. However, women are not treated or compensated the same as men. It took me a while to pinpoint the problem, but I now feel that if I was a man, I would not be treated the way I have been recently. Tasks are dictated to me that predecessors were incentivized for, but I am apparently not eligible for. I am told this is part of "other tasks as assigned by supervisor" that is plastered on every job description."

"As recently as 6 months ago, I would have said my manager was very supportive. Flexible in allowing me to continue to work from home. Allowed for every time off request I have made, even last minute. However, when the going got tough, my manager threw me in the deep end without any support whatsoever. When I needed his support the most, he couldn't muster up the courage."

"In regards to gender, it isn't a bad place to work. Just looking at the company in general, the policies are decided at the top and dictated to the rest of the company."
